How to use
Choose a date, time and source and destination zones. The conversion shows the UTC instant, offsets and any change of day. Nonexistent local times are flagged; if a time repeats during a clock change, choose the occurrence you want.
Example
When it is 10:00 in São Paulo, London's time depends on the date because seasonal clock changes can change the offset.
Good to know
Around daylight saving changes, some local times do not exist or occur twice. The tool flags nonexistent times and lets you choose the first or second occurrence of a repeated time.
